I ate an Atkins bar for breakfast, drank water throughout the day, did level 1 day 1 of Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred, and ate the same thing for supper as I did for lunch.
I did not eat any snacks today. Wasn’t really hungry. Though as I type this at nearly 1am, I am feeling hunger pangs. Will wait until the morning to actually eat as I’m already in bed. Albeit typing this entry on my laptop.
I am back on the Atkins diet plan and am attempting to go Paleo, which from the limited research that I’ve done thus far… seems like a more intense and restrictive version of Atkins. Many on Instagram talk about #whole30 and it appears that the gist of it is… Do Paleo for 30 days. I’m going to attempt to do it. Except for the Atkins bar that I ate for breakfast… I think the rest of my meals were pretty much on target. Though the almonds might not be on the list. Definitely will need to read more about the diet but I’m definitely interested.
I know that I can lose the 8 pounds that I gained between March 27th and today simply by getting back on track with my food intake but I want to ramp up my weight loss efforts and take a month to do what I did previously in three months. Which requires exercise and not just my daily stuff. This is where Jillian Michaels comes in.
