1. I promise to save $1000. I want to do this because achieving this would mean that I have sacrificed instant gratification for a long term goal. My reward will be a 128g iPad (or better).
2. I promise to lose (and keep off) at least 25 additional pounds. I want to do this because achieving this would mean that I am on track to be fit and healthy long-term. My reward will be a pair of Miss Me jeans (or similar item).
3. I promise to reduce clutter throughout our home. I want to do this because achieving this would mean the world to my family and would make the house presentable 24/7 to family and friends. My reward will be something from Jon Hart.
I am fully aware that at times I will break my resolutions but instead of throwing in the towel and quitting, I will quickly get back on track without feeling any guilt or failure.
