Don`t stop drinking soda
If you love sugary sodas and soft drinks, don`t give them up for good. Instead, try alternating soda with water and swapping the regular versions for diet.
* i went overboard today as far as food. i’ve gained 4 pounds since last week. i resolve as of this moment to drink at least 2 bottles of water for every one bottle of soda consumed by me. i am also going to start documenting my exercise starting tomorrow in a journal for psyc 4305 – b(x) mgmt & mod. =)
