in my journey to lose the extra pounds, i am following one of weightwatchers’ suggestions for maintaining weight loss. i am weighing myself every single day. or at least attempting to and typically at the same time each day. right when i wake up or right before i take my shower/bath.
and so… my weight for october 25th: 173.7
i do need to do my measurements again because with approximately 17 pounds lost since my initial measurements were taken…
