i’ve been keeping track of my weight almost daily since i started my new job. especially after a couple of days when sweets were brought to the office and
my boss said that “oh, you’ll gain at least 10 pounds working here”
… well, i’m bound and determined to not gain 10 pounds and to in fact, lose weight. and i’d prefer to lose more than 10 pounds.
i weighed myself on october 1st (before i started the new job) and i weighed 178.3
i weighed myself on october 4th and i weighed 179.9 could that be pre-period weight gain?? my cycle began on the 8th
my first day at the new job was on october 8th and i weighed 180.1
october 10th: 177.5
october 18th: 175.6
october 19th: 174.0
i enjoyed a nice dinner out with my boyfriend and daughter on the evening of the 19th and then proceeded to enjoy donuts for breakfast on both saturday & sunday plus i drank several coca~colas on both days. i have found in the past that coca~cola alone will add weight very quickly.
october 22nd: 176.6
october 23rd: 175.6
october 24th: 174.8
and no, i haven’t taken the time to update my measurements but i am able to wear clothes in my closet that i hadn’t been able to wear before. i hope to update my measurements this weekend as my boyfriend is going out-of-town to see his parents and i have a long weekend to catch up on chores and what-not.
please help me stay on track calorie & exercise-wise. no comments will accepted on these entries. this information is here for me and me alone to see my progress.
