My plan for Monday after work was to go to my meeting and then log a few miles with Nike+ running. Alas my plans did not prevail. I went to the meeting and it ran over by more than an hour but by then it was dark and I needed to get some sewing done before it was time to start our bedtime rituals. {holy run-on sentence}
I remembered about my 7 minute app and commenced my first workout after my before-bed shower AND teeth brushing. WOW!!! That was a workout!!!

I had intended to do 31 squats yesterday as well and did do a few in the 7 minute workout {definitely NOT the 31} but want to work up to completely 31 squats per day for 31 days.
