Did you go on road trips as a child. Did you play the license plate game. I did both that license plates never meant so much to me as the year that I spent away from home.
It is amazing what will remind you of home when you are not at home. During the year that I spent living in Georgia I would get so happy simply seeing a Texas license plate. I would follow that Texas license plate and almost get lost just because I felt like I was at home following the Texas license plate.
