For many Texans, one only must mention the Frío River and memories of lazy summer days spent tubin’ and camping at Garner State Park flood into their consciousness.
Camping and hiking at Garner State Park is one of my favorite things to do in Texas. I love this great state and enjoy quite a few of its attractions.
My family recently discovered geocaching and enjoyed finding the treasures hidden inside of the park.
The title of this blog post is partially inspired by the cold front expected to hit my part of the state overnight, which has me daydreaming of warmer weather and fun-filled spring and summer days.
