I did this evening.
So, what to do?
I decided to let the person who showed interest before the revelation know my plans to remove the listing and re-post on another site for the new price — but that I would allow the person first dibs at the original price. Now to wait an acceptable length of time to discover if they will follow through on their interest or they will pass.
