In my own humble opinion, soy is not this amazing food that we should be eating like crazy. Soy does a crazy number on your hormones and puts your fertility at risk.

I will help you if I can, in any way. A lot of these health products on the market are all soy!!!! You may be losing weight, but are you still sick and suffering with health problems and female issues? Think about it.”
Personally, soy makes me feel out of sorts, bloated, and moody.
