On Monday, I began weighing myself every morning again. I take a picture of my feet on the scale and record the date using a favorite app. This process helps me stay on top of my weight. I can’t use just how my clothes fit as a gauge because I have a huge variety of sizes in my closet.
I have an app for daily selfies because I like to see how I change over a period of time. I can see weight loss and my mood changes in these photographs. I don’t typically share these but I will during these #31days.
Exercise motivation for today came to me in the form of an Instagram post about 1000 minutes of exercise in October. One thousand minutes of exercise in October works out to just 32 minutes per day, which sounds easy peasy but it isn’t in real life for me.
